About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve processes, and deliver high-impact analysis that supports business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with finance, risk, operations, and marketing teams to support data-driven strategies.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.
Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting.
Assist in the development and implementation of data management best practices.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably within the finance sector.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with financial data, reporting, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
