We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to support our drilling operations as Drillers Offsiders to support our Client, a leading engineering company based in the heart of stunning Central Otago.

About the Role:
As a Drillers Offsider, you'll work alongside experienced drillers on a variety of projects across Central Otago. This is a physically demanding role that offers excellent career development opportunities, full on-the-job training, and a chance to work in a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting drillers in daily operations and rig setup
Handling, loading, and unloading drilling equipment
Ensuring the worksite is safe, clean, and organised
Conducting basic maintenance on drilling tools and machinery
Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Travel to various project sites as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work long hours and in varying outdoor conditions
Full NZ driver’s licence (Class 2 preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Previous drilling or construction experience is an advantage but not essential
